About Sandy Pace

In 2015 I came across Totally ADD by Rick Green and How to ADHD by Jessica McCabe. Those pages changed my life in ways I couldn't have imagined, not just by inspiring me to write and advocate for others but for myself as well. Since then, I have been featured in Thought Catalog, Mediums Invisible Illness & Beautiful Voyager, and MidCafe, plus ADDitude Magazine. I'm also in the process of becoming a certified peer support worker and the author of ADHD101 Parents Edition I consider myself to be a passionate advocate who does everything in my power to eliminate the stigma attached to ADHD and ADHD medication and spread mental health awareness.
